There is a security deposit of $200 collected at the time of check-in. This deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure, provided there is no damage to the unit. A 24-hour check-in desk is located in the lobby of the Pelican Building. PLEASE NOTE: Pelican Beach Resort does not rent to students or singles under age 25, unless they are accommpanied by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult. They reserve the right to deny accommodations if the number of people under age 25 is disproportionate to parental supervision.
